With regions sent to SAP FSM and maintained transaction /PACG/ECM_P_GR - Group/region for technicians (already done for SAP 300, company 8), all it takes for a user/employee to be sent with region data is have them assigned to a work center/region (current customizing - region) and manually sent them to FSM with transactions /PACG/ECM_USERMASTER and /PACG/ECM_EMPL.

4. Send a user with transaction /PACG/ECM_USERMASTER – User.

Make sure the user is resent to SAP FSM. It should happen automatically after Adress infotype update. If not, resend the user manually.
5. Go to WE05 and find an idoc of type /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_USER. The region data can be found in the 'regiondata' segment

6. The region field of Person , type ERPuser ID is updated with a region.

7. Send an employee object with transaction /PACG/ECM_EMPL. An idoc of type /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_USER is generated, also holding region segments.
