For each new partner technician, create new users user entries with crowd type PARTNER_TECHNICIAN in the user maintenance transaction. Manually activate any new partner technician in SAP FSM. Crowd login link with access credentials should be sent to the partners manually since crowd partners are not involved in the registration process.
