The status Deletion flag must be set in the vss VSS data before archiving can be performed.
You have the following options for setting the deletion flag:

  • You can manually flag the vss VSS data for deletion.
  • You can flag vss VSS data for deletion using the report /vssVSS_ORD_ARC_PRE for orders or /dbeDBE/PACK_ARC_PRE for packages.

If you execute the report in Test Mode, you can determine which vss VSS data has already been completed, and for which data the residence time has been reached.
