This function enables you to search your vehicle master forvehicles that fulfill specific criteria. To start the vehicle search in DBM, open Vehicle Search (transaction /DBM/VSEARCH). You can also find vehicles for processing an order, as this function is integrated into Order Processing (transaction /DBM/ORDER). Depending on the transaction, you can then do the following:

Attribute-based search

• If you are searching for vehicles, you can use the following search criteria, for example:
  • Vehicle identification number
  • License plate number
  • Primary or secondary status
  • Customer
  • Division (Brand)
  • In order processing, you can search for the following three attributes:
  • Vehicle identification number
  • License plate number
  • Customer
  • The search for the internal vehicle number can also be performed without TREX.
