It is possible to set only two external status statuses - OPEN or CLOSED for activity. The description field permits up to 40 characters of text.
Draft activities
Open activities will be transferred to SAP FSM with status ‘DRAFT’, if the following conditions are met:
The activity has no responsible person assigned (if created in SAP from a service order operation, the operation has no person assigned)
Field 'GenFSMActivity' is enabled in transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTD – Service Call types definition: Overview and Detail for the relevant order type
Field 'Use WFM' is enabled in transaction /PACG/ECM_COMP - Company definition for the relevant company.
