Make sure that these classes are maintained in transactions /PACG/ECM_CLSASSIG -FSM Connector's Outgoing Messages Configuration and /PACG/ECM_CLSASSIGIN -FSM Connector's Incoming Messages Configuration. Changes in these transactions are rarely needed - information about recent changes can be found in the ‘Comment’ column.
