During the next customer visit, if you create a new service order for the customer's vehicle, you can choose to create the order by using the order wizard (see Wizard). On the Quotations / Deferred Work tab page in the wizard, you see all the open service quotations that exist for that vehicle, sorted according to document category Quotation (B). The service quotations of order type Service 2201 (or order types assigned in the Customizing activity VSS > Service > Deferred Work > Define Criteria) contain the deferred jobs and items from the previous service appointments. In the wizard, you can copy the relevant jobs and items from the service quotation to the new service order or, if the customer has changed his mind, reject the jobs and items.
