This configuration tool combines and in fact replaces existing /PACG/ECM_WRHKU and /PACG/ECM_WRHKUO which now became obsolete. This transaction is analogical to /PACG/ECM_WRHSE - FSM warehouse & additional owners - it allows to define FSM relevant warehouses. The crucial difference is that instead of using storage location a consignment stock is used therefor customer’s number needs to be provided. And also to assure warehouse visibility in FSM an owner must be defined either by SAP username or personal number. Single warehouse can have more owners than one. Data transfer to FSM is automatically triggered on the ‘save’ event therefor running sending program afterwards is not necessary any more.
Customer | A customer’s number to whom consignment stock belongs to |
---|---|
User | Owner of storage location - this can be either SAP user name or personal number. This is relevant when setting FSM permission to "Own" for Warehouse and Warehouse Level e.g. to limit visibility in FSM to a van stock only. The same also applies to additional warehouse owners |
Personnel No. | |
Generate Zero | Send a zero-stock level for material which does not exist in SAP`s material master for this plant. |
Def. Ship-to Partner | Setting related to: /PACG/ECM_MAINT_USER > view 'Addresses for E4C Users' > field 'Address source' set to 'S Ship-to Address'. If a user is assigned to more than one business partner, the entry checked as 'Def. Ship-to Partner' is used to determine which partner's ship-to address would be sent as technician's home address, region and territory. |
All tech. | This option allows to assigned all technicians to selected warehouse on following conditions:
Please note that list of technicians are not displayed in ‘Additional owners’ tab when checkbox is enabled. Due to the limitation of the number of characters in the idoc segment, all technicians in the idoc itself may not display. However, the information about all technicians is included in the outgoing xml. |
