 Check Users is a tool that checks validity of SAP user or HR record for given personal number and if this turns out be not valid anymore (for instance user is no longer within validity date) one of the following actions can be performed:
When checkbox ‘Remove user and all…’ is ticked then in addition following objects get removed:
When ‘Test run' is checked nothing really happens, report only shows information about invalid users |

1. The status of SAP user
if exists
if within validity date
if is not locked
2. The status of related personal number
if exists
if employment status is active (P0000-STAT2)
