Functionality

Delete entries from table /PACG/ECM_MIDMAP - Mapping of the message ID to the idoc number.

Purpose of the affected table

For each outgoing Idoc, the FSM Cloud Connector creates an entry in table /PACG/ECM_MIDMAP. After cloud confirmation, entries are used in the resend process. Only entries not older than the number of days set in /PACG/ECM_CPROP - General Properties of FSM Cloud Connector, field Unconf.IdocsAge

are relevant for this process.

Specify creation date range of entries relevant for deletion. It’s recommended to delete entries older than a year.

Confirmed

Specify confirmation status of entries relevant for deletion. The possible values include:

  • [ ] - No Confirmation so far

  • P - Positive Confirmation

  • N - Negative Confirmation

  • A - Auto Confirmation

  • H - On hold

  • M - Manually

It’s recommended to delete entries only for confirmed messages (other than space).

Simulation run

Execute the transaction in a test mode. A log will inform about how many entries would be affected.

Execution recommendations

Use this program for a periodic job for entries older than one year, with status ‘confirmed’ (not equal space).
