Purpose of the affected table

For each outgoing Idoc, the FSM Cloud Connector creates an entry in table /PACG/ECM_MIDMAP. After cloud confirmation, entries are used in the resend process. Only entries not older than the number of days set in /PACG/ECM_CPROP - General Properties of FSM Cloud Connector, field Unconf.IdocsAge

are relevant for this process.

Execute the program periodically via a background job.

Confirmed

Specify confirmation status of entries relevant for deletion. The possible values include:

  • [ ] - No Confirmation so far

  • P - Positive Confirmation

  • N - Negative Confirmation

  • A - Auto Confirmation

  • H - On hold

  • M - Manually

where options in red indicate negative or no confirmation and options in green positive confirmation.

Simulation run

Execute the transaction in a test mode. A log will inform about how many entries would be affected.

Execution recommendations

Use this program for a periodic job for entries older than one year, with status confirmed (see the options above in green)

Unconfirmed messages

Entries for confirmed messages (Confirmed status = P, A or M) can be deleted daily.

Entries for unconfirmed messages (Confirmed status = space, N or H) can be deleted if older than the number of days set in /PACG/ECM_CPROP - General Properties of FSM Cloud Connector, field Unconf.IdocsAge. For such messages, the resend process no longer applies.
