Delete entries from table /PACG/ECM_EOBREF - SAP -> external object reference in order to optimize system performance.
Purpose of the affected table
The table stores the mapping between SAP key and FSM GUIDs, for objects created in FSM. It’s used among others to verify if a given object was created by FSM or in SAP ECC/S4.
Execution recommendations
The table is medium-sized. Execute the program periodically via a background job. Delete entries older than a year.

Please keep in mind that the table is used, among others, for sending deletion requests for cloud objects which means that if an entry is deleted, no deletion from SAP side would be possible for the corresponding object. |
