If a technician reports a time effort/work time with a break and time splitting is used for the company (see /PACG/ECM_CSPLIT - Time Effort - Time Frames for Activity Type or https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/37137870/PACG+ECM+VWRKTC+-+Work+Time+Task+Definition#Time-frames), the break will be reflected as reduced actual work in confirmation for one of the splits (the one which covers [the break start hour entered in customizing /PACG/ECM_PSTAR - Break start time+break duration]).
For the following example, the 1-hour break by default would impact actual work of the confirmation created for the first split, meaning with activity 101 (because break should be added after 2 hours) and the split customizing is sorted by actual start/duration.
If determination of a split relevant for break incorporation should occur based on activity type sorting order and not based on increasing start/finish or duration in /PACG/ECM_CSPLIT, maintain a custom sequence in transaction /PACG/ECM_PSEQN - Break sequence. In the example below, the 1-hour break would impact actual work of the confirmation created for the third split, meaning with activity 103 (all the splits are longer than break start+break duration, but FSM Cloud Connector searches for the first relevant split using the custom activity type sequence now, therefore starts by checking if the break can be incorporated in split with activity type 103).
The relevant sequence can be determined using additional filters - plant and/or country:
Plant (optional) | Order header plant used to help determine the relevant customizing entry |
---|---|
Country (optional) | Order’s partner role’s address' country used to help determine the relevant customizing entry. The Partner Role used depends on settingActivity Address in /PACG/ECM_SCTD – Service Call types definition: Overview and Detail. If set to “Service Order Address Determination”, the partner role is determined from /PACG/ECM_SOAD – Service Order Address Determination, from an entry with the highest priority (ascending order used here) for the relevant order type: If any other option is set, the country is determined from partner function ship-to. |
