| Technical remark: the service call selection class (/PACG/ECM_CL_S_SEL_SCALL) no longer triggers transfer of activities by default. Activities are still automatically transferred to FSM after saving a service order, but now it’s only triggered from the so-called ASA event. This helps to avoid repeated/unnecessary activity transfer. |
