If a user belongs to a Call Center Team and the setup-key “CanCallCenterUserAddTasksToAnotherCompany“ is true, the Call Center User can create-add Tasks to Another Company in all the existing Teams in the database.
Note: when one of the “Assign To User” or “Assign To Team” is selected the other one becomes read-only!
The user can check the team tasks by searching from the menu "My Team Tasks"
