The planning of the SRS-Order can be done automatically via the OAS Application or via the Report /DBME/WMA_WP_BC. The system is doing the planning in assigning the demand type of the SRS-Order Items to the relevant Resources with the resource role. This assignment is found in the planning scenario. The scenario can be found by several parameters from the SRS-Order:
- Company Code
- Sales Organization of the relevant Hierarchy ID
- Plant
- Distribution Channel
- Division
- Order Type of the SRS Order
- Hierarchy ID of the SRS Order
- SAP Username

Demands and Time-Clocking Integration
Whenever a technician starts booking time against a VSS order for an SRS demand, a new time interval appears under the SRS order allocation, showing the technician status and the work-in-progress(WIP) %.
The time interval colors are changed based on the time clocking events and WIP %.

In the SRS configuration, maintain the colors against the time-clocking events and WIP %.
The colors can be maintained based on the personnel status, event mark, event type, or their combination (e.g., event type and event mark).

To exclude certain demand types and resource roles from displaying the time clocking interval, it should be added to the SRS configuration below.

If the HR personnel number and SRS resource ID don't match, the customer can utilize BADI /DBME/WMA_RESOURCE for mapping. This will enable the integration of the Time Clocking and Workshop Planner applications.
