As of (S4)PACG 200 SP12 the transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTDO – Service Call types definition (NW) is considered obsolete, hidden from the FSM Cloud Connector menu and shouldn’t be used to maintain order type-specific customizing. One of the following alternatives must be used instead:

General purpose

Maintain network order types definitions and customizing. This is a

view cluster

project-specific (PS integration) version of transaction

[OBSOLETE] SCTDO call (NW), used to enter

.

Sending transaction (?)

/PACG/ECM_SCTMASTER - Service Call Type

You can navigate to the sending transaction using the button Send to FSM, placedon the toolbar.

Object assignment (?)

Object SERVICECALLTYPE must be added to /PACG/ECM_NOAS - No Object Assignment for a given company

Note

Network order integration has been designed with one of our customers in mind. In order to avoid misunderstandings or issues, we strongly recommend implementing it only with Proaxia’s Expert Support.

Enter FSM-relevant network order types and maintain network order type-dependent settings. The transaction simplifies navigation through the service call type definition customizing due to customizing options being grouped into meaningful categories.

The view cluster additionally incorporates fields from customizing /PACG/ECM_SCTDZ - Movements for Srv.order (NW) type and groups them based on material scenario:

Customizing options

End. calc type

Enter calculation type.

  • No calculation - leaves values as they are

To convey more meaning, the displayed labels are longer than the ones in the standard versions of this customizing. When searching for a field documentation on the page [OBSOLETE AS OF (S4)PACG 200 SP12] /PACG/ECM_SCTD – Service Call types definition: Overview and Detail or /PACG/ECM_SCTDM – Mvmts for mat. consumption in FSM, pay attention to the field names with tag

Work/dur unit

When enabled, new network activities for activities created in FSM will use work unit determined from standard SAP customizing.

Image Added

This is especially useful if units ‘HR' (STD) are used in the system (instead of 'H’) and should be set in new activities to avoid inconsistencies in FICO documents.

Info

Please keep in mind that usually work center’s default unit, if set, is the only unit allowed in a network activity, this cannot be worked-around by FSM Cloud Connector.

The following customizing is considered:

  1. First - the default time unit from work center (determined based on customizing in field ‘Work center source’) is used:

  1. If not found- units from transaction OPUU are retrieved based on the network order’s network profile

  1. If not found, the default time unit of the work center's activity type (activity type for internal processing) is used:

  1. If no other unit was found, 'H' would be used.
