Assign One-Time Customer If there are scenarios such as RAC/PDI/BTC Vehicles or 1000 Km Service, a temporary customer assignment is required:-AssignmentÂ
With this option, customer can be assigned to the vehicle only for order creation purpose. It will not cause any master data update in the backend. One-Time-Assignment functionality supports also CPD Accounts (One Time Customers). When an application recognizes that user is attempting to assign One Time Customer it prompts for address data.

After finding a customer on which the order is about to be created, the desired customer should be selected and the assignment - confirmed:

After selecting a customer with a vehicle assigned, the user may create an Order accessing the available menu. The popover will let the user choose the order type according to the configuration. The Sales Organization where the order is going to be created is determined from the vehicle master data (VLCVEHICLE-DBE_VKORG). In case this is not sufficient a BAdI is available for the customer.
Order types allowed for creation are configured in MSA customizing as described in BFSG document.
Whenever MSA recognizes that an order to be created has a posting type of Internal order additional dialog will be displayed where user is supposed to select Account Assignment Category:

A web service is called to derive account assignment parameters required for selection.
Order shell will only be created when Account Assignment category with corresponding receiver is selected by the user.
