The preprocessing program sets the deletion flag (/DBMDBE/VBAK_DB-LOEVM) when the DBM VSS order has the status Closed (for example, after a billing document has been created) and the residence time has been reached.

The preprocessing program sets the deletion flag when the package has the status SHOULD_BE_ARCHIVED and it is not included in any open order and any other non-archived package.
