Triggers transfer of an address region as a region. The user can chose a specific country key. 
Successful sending is confirmed by logs.
The transferred regions (in this case a planning group) appear in FSM in the Regions tab (general settings). A new outbound idoc type - /PACG/ECM_REGION transfers information such as ID, code, name and a description of the objects.
Activities with a region assigned in FSM transfer this information in the REGION field of their /PACG/ECM_ACTIVITY_IN idocs.
