This is not a default sales area for company 8 whose customer master data is related to sales area 1200-10-10.

For this customer to be sent to company 8 and be seen in SAP FSM, a new ‘CUSTOMER’ object should be created for company 8, sales area 1000-10-10, with ‘Intercompany’ field checked.

1. During sending of the service call to company 8 it is checked if there exist open service orders using the same customer (partner function sold-to) but created for a different sales area (in this case it’d be different than 1200-10-10, e.g. 1000-10-10).
