Note: Field "Ty." is maintained SPRO->Cross-Application Components->Document Management->Control Data->Define Document Types.Configuration for DMS related inbound attachments. This transactions allows to link attachments created in reference to a certain cloud message type with DMS document type. Like in the picture below: attachemended to the FSM Activity object will be then added to the DMS document type ZPK and linked with SAP object /PACG/ECMA (which represents E4C Activity object)

Configuration properties:
Cloud message type - External message type name used in FSM Cloud
Document type - DMS document type defined in transaction DC10
SAP Object - SAP object type defined in OD11
Document status - Key which represents current document status.
