This is used to determine the control key assignment per order type depending on internal or external technician. The external technician indicator is identified in /PACG/ECM_USER OR /PACG/ECM_USRADR in field "Subcontractor". If this "Subcontractor" field is checked, then the control key from the field "External techn." will be used for the operation.
