You can use this function to define the coverage for a service contract item that is specified in the service contract.
You can navigate directly to an item from the service contract. In the tab page DBM VSS Data, you can view information about the scope of work.
The scope of work specifies what is covered for a specific contract item. To define a scope of work, you must specify a service item group, and/or a service package with a corresponding percentage. That is, if a customer must pay a percentage of the cost of the service, you specify that information under the scope of work. The percentage field indicates the amount that is covered by the contract, for example:

The Copy Package to Order field is always active for service packages. If a contract is copied to a service order, this field indicates that all packages for which the Copy Package to Order checkbox is active, are added to the order.
The Covered checkbox indicates whether the package is covered or not. The percentage entered is relevant for the split creation and billing process within a service order.
