You can use this function to ensure that no orders or time stamps are left open at the end of a working day. The system automatically clocks off at a certain time.

Schedule the report that performs the automatic clock off for after the clock-off time, but before the date changes.

Prerequisites

In Customizing for Vehicle Sales and Service (VSS), under Service > Time Management > General Settings > General Settings for Time Recording, you have made the appropriate settings and entered a value in the Aut. Time field. This value is the time at which the system performs an automatic clock off. You can specify this time for individual terminal groups under Define Terminal Group by choosing Time Management > Definition of Terminals > Define Terminal Group.

Activities

1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, you can access a report for automatic clock-on and clock-off by choosing Vehicle Sales and Service > Time Management > Automatic Clocking On and Clocking Off (transaction /DBE/TM_AUTO_PUNCH).
2. On the VSS Time Recording: Automatic Punching Out screen, enter the following parameters:

1.Terminal

2.Terminal Group

3.Day of Finish Time Stamp

Transaction: /DBME/FMA_CLOCK_OFF
