Status ‘CANCELLED’ represents activity status ‘5 CLOSED’ and execution stage ‘CANCELLED’. Similar to FSM UI, in transaction https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/1239973893 all cancelled activities will be displayed with this status (however from DB perspective, activity’s status is ‘5 CLOSED’).

Draft activities

Status of activities can be overwritten during transfer to SAP FSM. Open activities will be transferred to SAP FSM with status ‘DRAFT’, if the following conditions are met:

  • The activity has no responsible person assigned (if created in SAP from a service order operation, the operation has no person assigned) 

  • Field 'GenFSMActivity' is enabled in transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTD – Service Call types definition: Overview and Detail for the relevant order type 

  • Additionally, for FSM Cloud Connector SP 3 add-on 200 and older, field 'Use WFM' should be enabled in transaction /PACG/ECM_COMP - Company definition for the relevant company. In the newest FSM Cloud Connector version, this field is no longer required.
