In the SRS configuration, maintain the colors against the SRS User status.
The demands having the column “Work Completed” set to C are considered by the planning procedure as already completed. When rescheduling, they are intended to be frozen (not rescheduled).
Example:
SRS Order has been created and allocated. Two demands have been created: demand #1 and demand #2.
The VSS Order and two corresponding jobs—job #1 and job #2—have been created.
The “Time Book Confirm” event for job #1 has been executed.
Demand #1's demand status is updated. For example, the status BOWC can be set (having “Work Completed = C”). Once the BOWC status is reached, this demand is not subject to further rescheduling.
The approved field work is used by the dispatch monitor application.
