FSM Cloud Connector solution consists of a flexibly configurable ABAP add-on and Message Broker. All communication to Message Broker is executed via Webservices. To establish communication between an SAP ECC/S4 system and SAP FSM, perform steps described in the installation initial setup guide: Initial FSM Cloud Connector setup
