Specify a deletion action after attachment deletion in FSM for a given object type whose attachment was stored as GOS. The field ‘ERP object ID’ can be left empty, such an entry will apply to all object types.
Deletion in FSM | [ ] - Remove all links and the file. This includes so-called inherited attachments (see attachment inheriting options in transaction /PACG/ECM_ACTIVE – General Properties of E4C Activity). Inherited attachments will be deleted both from SAP ECC/S4 and FSM. R - Remove only link to the obj. object from which att. was delattachment was deleted in FSM. N - No action. Do not delete any link/file in SAP ECC/S4 after attachment deletion in FSM. |
