In the Customer Service menu under Service Agreements > Contracts > Contract > Create, enter the contract type VSS Service Contract (QSC) and choose Create with Reference.
n the Customer Service menu under Service Agreements > Contracts > Quotation > Create, enter the quotation type Quotat.f.VSSContract (QSCQ) and choose Create with Reference to Contract.
Example
To make it easier to create service contracts, create a reference contract with items and coverage details, such as "change tires" or "inspection". For a new customer, you can copy this reference contract and then adjust the vehicle, validity, extent of coverage, and so on.
