Depending on Customizing, you can display different information for different order types.
For example, when a service advisor creates a service order, the memo pad can display vehicle-related information. If the sales representative creates a quotation, the memo pad can display customer and vehicle related information, for example open quotations and customer texts.
The memo pad displays information such as:
- General customer data
- Open recalls
- Warranties
- Vehicle Service History (see Vehicle Service History)
- Storage goods
- Customer texts
- Vehicle texts
- Customer complaints

This information can also be found in the wizard (see Wizard) on the General Data Memo Pad tab page in the Memo Pad subscreen. In the VSS order, you can call the wizard by choosing Environment > Wizard from the menu or by choosing the Wizard pushbutton.
