- In the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Logistics > Logistics Execution > Vehicle Sales and Service > Vehicle Processing > Mass Vehicle Processing. Alternatively, run transaction /DBE/MASSACTIONS.
- Enter relevant parameters to locate the vehicles for which to create PDI orders. Then choose Vehicle Search to run the search.
You can save your selection criteria for future use by choosing the Selection Variant button. - In the search results, select one or more vehicles, and choose Possible Actions > Create Pre-delivery Inspection Order.
- Enter the appropriate order header information.
- Choose Add, select either Job or Package, and provide the appropriate job or package details.
Repeat this step to add more jobs and packages to the PDI orders. - Choose Create Pre-delivery Inspection Order.
The PDI orders are created for the selected vehicles. The Log tab displays these details, including the order numbers, VIN numbers, models, plants, and assigned customers. Clicking a PDI order number allows you to navigate to the details of that PDI order.
