All IDOC types which are relevant for FSM Cloud Connector start with /PACG*. The unprocessed IDOCs should be regularly monitored by the Administrator.

WE02

Once you want to search for the IDOCs in the given Date/Time range this transaction is very useful. Double click the IDOC Number. The content of the IDOC is presented. By expanding the node "Data records" you can analyze the content of the IDOC:

Example: We want to find all IDOCs related to the outgoing equipment for the Equipment number 000000000010000765 (to check whether this equipment has been sent to the Cloud). The selection screen can in that case look like this:

To review idocs not processed correctly, execute the WE02 transaction with the following parameters:

Once there are some IDOCs found, and they stay with this status permanently, you should investigate them further. The exception is: the IDOCs with the Message Type = /PACG/ECM_RESENDEND and /PACG/ECM_CONFIRM should have the Status 18 and this is ok by design.

WE10

The transaction WE10 can be used if you want to find the IDOCs for the given type and object.

Example: We want to find all IDOCs related to the outgoing equipment for the Equipment number 000000000010000765 (to check whether this equipment has been sent to the Cloud). The selection screen can in that case look like this:
