The time effort object represents efforts done carried out for a specific customer. They can be booked on business partners, sales orders, sales quotations, opportunities, production orders, service calls and time projects.

FSM Cloud Connector only supports time efforts referring to service calls and activities of type 'assignment'.
Time effort submission overview
Efforts are created on the mobile app. In order to do this, navigate to the ‘Efforts’ tab or do it directly in an activity/service call (… or + -> ‘Create Effort’).
