Similar page is opened after entering new event or clicking on any of the existing event. It display two lists/calendars showing what are current events (“Is” part) and how they will look like after change request is accepted (“Will be” part). Default change request time frame is 24 hours. If change should be done outside of the locked time frame, system will try to automatically extend it. Special case is change to the events for current date (“today”), as it can’t be locked in change request (event posting wouldn’t be possible for regular Time Clocking application). In such case shorter time frame is being locked (up to start of last event) and is automatically extended when new events are posted.

Workshop controllers need to have an overview of the current situation in the workshop to check the time events recorded by their technicians and correct them, if necessary. In the correction terminal, the workshop controller has the following possibilities:
- Display time stamps corresponding to certain selection criteria
- Correct a recorded time event, for example, by changing the start and end times
- Create a time stamp, for example, if an employee forgot to clock in
Prerequisites
You have checked the settings in Customizing for Vehicle Sales and Service under Service > Time Management.
You have maintained HR master data for each employee.
Features
The correction terminal comprises the following functions:
- Selection of Time Stamp
You can select time stamps using the following selection criteria:
- Personnel area
- Personnel number
- VSS order
- Cost center
- Work date
- Start time of the time stamp
- Time Stamp Overview
The system displays a list of time stamps based on your selection criteria.
- Change Time Stamp
Depending on the event type, the chosen posting level (header, task, or item), and the available controlling cost object (VSS order, cost center, or internal order), you can correct different data of the time stamp. When you change the data, the system runs several checks, such as whether the changed order is released or if the relevant job is approved.
For example, you can change the start time to an earlier or later time and the system adjusts the corresponding time intervals. If a time interval of an old time stamp is now in a new time interval, the system deletes the old time interval and it will no longer be visible in the correction terminal.
Note
You can change only one entry at a time.
- Create Time Stamp
You can create time stamps manually. In this case, the system only creates the CATS data.
Activities
On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Vehicle Sales and Service > Time Management > Correction Terminal. Alternatively, run transaction /DBE/TM_CORR_TERM. After you entered the selection criteria, the system displays the time stamp overview on the Time Stamp Overview tab.
If you choose the Create Time Stamps pushbutton or select a time stamp on the Time Stamp Overview tab and choose the Change Time Stamp pushbutton, you can enter the relevant data in a dialog box.
