There is a possibility to personalize the application by changing the picture and inserting e.g. the company logo.

There is a possibility to create a user account.

This functionality allows the end-user to store the vehicles data, customer data and see the details of appointments.

Create new account

This functionality enables new users to create their own user accounts.

User has to enter:

·         Email address

·         Password

·         Data processing agreement

·         General terms and conditions agreement

Log in

To log-in to the online appointment scheduling application you have to enter e-mail and password.

Application shows logged-in user (Email address) in the right top corner. Drop-down menu is available with functions like:

·         My Appointments

·         Change password

·         Delete account

·         Log out

Reset password

Another functionality in the OAS application is the reset password functionality.

By clicking on the link “Forgot password?” the process will be started.

User has to enter the email address in order to get a message with new temporary password.

Screens logic is showed below:

Enter e-mail on which the account was registered.

And click on the “reset password” button:

From that point of time user has possibility to enter new password:

Change password

It is also possible to change password after log-in:

List of vehicles

One of the advantages of user account creation is the functionality of vehicle list.

For all the vehicles that user created an appointment the master data is stored. By selecting the vehicle from the list the user does not have to enter the vehicle data again.

Additional functionality existing within vehicle list is the search, which can be helpful for the customers with huge number of assigned vehicles.

My appointments 


Another advantage of the user account is the list of appointments. List is available with:

·         Appointment details

·         Statuses

·         Possibility to cancel an appointment.


The list can be opened under “My Appointments”.

List is presented as a simple table.

From the appointments list it is possible to cancel an appointment, by clicking on the red “X” on the right side of the screen and confirming the action with “Yes”.

User can find and validate an appointment by inserting proper key words (license plate, make) in the search bar.

There is also an option to use advanced search, where system allows filter appointments by statuses (cancelled, confirmed, finished, in work, scheduled, work finished, ready for invoice), licence plate,

vehicle number, etc.
