Workflow steps is a functionality in FSM where an activity is assigned to a specific part of the process/ workflow.

Available steps can be configured in Admin panel in Service workflows tab:

Workflow step assignment can be performed only in the mobile or desktop app but it can be viewed also on the WEB app as well as in the FSM activity transaction in SAP.

Please note that activity workflow steps changes are saved in SAP in table /PACG/ECM_CACWF.
