For a specific activity of the technician a new service order can be created, and this activity is then posted with reference to the new order. The activities are Mileage, Time Effort, Expense or Goods Movement and linked to the conditions:

Make sure to fill the UDF ID and UDF value properties. Configuration without these properties is relevant for each time effort and always causes creation of new service orders.

  • Activity type

  • Status of the Service order

The new order is created with the defined

  • Order type for a specific Customer or with the Customer of the original order

  • Maintenance Activity type

  • System condition

  • Subject (&1 mentions the original order number)

  • No labels
