This is the transaction for manual sending of service order from SAP ERP backend to FSM Cloud. In normal case, it is an automatic process of sending service order triggered by changes in IW31/32.


Strating from the 2202 Release the additional option Send Service Call only has been added. It always to send Service Call without any related objects that are send along in a usual case.
