Service Checkout on various steps of workflow

Transaction /PACG/ECM_SASA allow user to decide on which service workflow step checkout will be done.

Level	Logic will be triggered on: service call operation level service call header level

Steps to be done for service checkout in various steps of workflow:

First decide which workflow status will trigger service checkout and then choose this status in transaction /PACG/ECM_SASA and check the box “Run Checkout”

2. Next go to technician mobile app and use workflow step “travel” and keep in mind activity number

3. Going to this workflow step should trigger checkout procedure in ERP and create record in
table: /PACG/ECM_SCOA - Service Check Out: Activities
