Configure service calls originated from WBS elements. This is a WBS-dedicated equivalent of standard transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTD –Service Call types definition: Overview and Detail (project type definition is used instead of order type).
Make sure that a service call-relevant project type is set as (1) ‘active’, (2) activities can be created for it (field 'GenFSMActivity'), (3) its activities updated in SAP FSM can influence the related WBS element (field 'Act. operation'), (4) finally, which dates would be used for service call/activity dates ('Assign. dat/tim').
