If a technician reports a time effort/work time with a break and time splitting is used for the company (see /PACG/ECM_CSPLIT - Time Effort - Time Frames for Activity Type or https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/37137870/PACG+ECM+VWRKTC+-+Work+Time+Task+Definition#Time-frames), you can specify how the break will be reflected in SAP ECC/S4 order confirmation, i.e. after how many hours from time effort/work time start. The split covering the calculated break start will have its actual work reduced by the break’s duration.

Break start

The default break start time (in hours) for time splits. If not entered, the default pause start will occur after 6 hours. If break start exceeds time effort/work time total duration, the break will start earlier to perfectly fit in the total duration.

Order header plant used to help determine the relevant customizing entry

Country (optional)

Order’s partner role’s address' country used to help determine the relevant customizing entry.

The Partner Role used depends on setting Activity Address in /PACG/ECM_SCTD – Service Call types definition: Overview and Detail. If set to “Service Order Address Determination”, the partner role is determined from /PACG/ECM_SOAD – Service Order Address Determination, from an entry with the highest priority (ascending order used here) for the relevant order type:

If any other option is set, the country is determined from partner function ship-to.
