Prerequisites
Use
You use this component to enter the working time of an employee on order and cost-center-related activities using a terminal, and transfer it to the Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS). Time management includes postings such as Clock On and Clock Off, confirmation of completed work, and an error log of the time events that could not be posted to CATS.
Integration
The data recorded within time management is required for cost accounting (CO) and Human Resources (HR). Time management provides standard components with data for CATS time recording and further processing. A restricted master record in personnel administration for each employee (mini-master record) is sufficient for time management in DBM.
