This setting determines which equipment, based on its category, can be sent to a given FSM company. The equipment “category” field in FSM master data is hard-coded, by default each equipment would be displayed with category “Equipment” and functional location with category “Functional location”. If this does not work, please check the points below:
make sure that field ‘Category’ is added to screen Equipment Details MDM in FSM Admin screen configuration
make sure that transformation for message type /PACG/ECM_EQUI in /PACG/ECM_CLSASSIG - FSM Connector's Outgoing Messages Configuration is set to /PACG/ECM_OUT_EQUIPMENT_1.XSLT. This transformation is the default one for all FSM Cloud Connector versions since add-on 200 SP02
Restrict equipment transfer only to equipment with one of the entered categories. Equipment category is indicated in transaction IE03.
Is Tool | Any equipment type flagged as 'Is Tool' will be sent to SAP FSM as a tool of the type 'equipment'. If required, equipment type tools can have user defined fields and attachments. Learn more about tools: Tools Management and usage |
