When the new organization model is enabled (Service > Basic Functions > Enterprise Organizational Management > Enable Enterprise Organizational Model), the following fields are displayed:
The Service Organization and Service Team fields are used to determine the target organizational data for service orders created in FSM. By default, the system determines a team automatically based on the responsible person of an inbound service call. FSM Cloud Connector overwrites it based on config only if no responsible person was entered in FSM.
When the new organization model is disabled, the following fields are displayed:
