Prerequisites
Before archiving, the system checks whether the DBM data is still being used. For this purpose, usage checks are performed on the data.
Note: You can display a verification list of the DBM data that is still in use in the system and that is flagged for deletion using the initial run (preprocessing). To do this, execute the initial run in Test Mode.
