On Material type level you can define the material type which needs to be transmitted to the cloud.
Storage Dep: Material for which an entry in the Warehouse section is available (MARD)
GenZero: Material with this Checkbox will be sent to the cloud even when there are certain views missing in SAP. The stock value is set to 0-
AddToText: This text will be added to the short text of a material. It can be used in the App to improve the search for material.
Del Out Material: Delete material if replacement exists.
Send Attachment: GOS-File Attachments (General Object Service) to a Material will be sent to the cloud.
Send Vendor: Vendor assigned to a Material will be sent to the cloud.
Send Owner: Owner assigned to a Material enables three options: Do not send, All items, Items with stock.
Is Tool: Any material type flagged as 'Is Tool' will be sent to SAP FSM as a tool of the type 'item'. Tools of the type item can be viewed via the Master Data view in SAP FSM WFM. 
If required, item tools can have user defined fields and attachments.

The following fields are no longer displayed in the customizing because no integration is supported anymore:
Inventory Type: Stock managed material
Purchasing Type: Purchased Material
Sales Type: Sale-able Material
Serial Type: Serialized Material
