PSG – Personnel Subarea Grouping
A/AType – Attendance or absence type
Non exclusive - The exclusive field in the FSM object PersonReservation defines whether the person is reserved exclusively for the business partner. Users are able to set an attendance/absence type for a given company and personnel subarea grouping as non FSM exclusive. By default the box is left unchecked.
Definition of attendance / absence types which are mapped to object "Reservation" can be seen in the resource planner.
Please note that the reservation types here in FSM sent from SAP backend can be edited in FSM (at current press time), hence, it is advisable not to maintain it in FSM but use do it from SAP with the exception of the colour bar which can only be maintained in FSM. The reservation type is sent using "/PACG/ECM_TRIG_PRERT - Person reservation type".
If an Attendance/Absence Type for a given personnel group and company is set as non exclusive, reservations of this type should have the Exclusive reservation setting in FSM unchecked by default. Non exclusive reservations have plain background and can overlap on the Planning and Dispatching Board.
If a reservation is set as exclusive, its background is striped and it's not possible to assign two overlapping reservations to one technician.
The exclusive reservation status can also be seen in the reservation's properties.
