/PACG/ECM_CHKIN – CheckIn Customizing

In FSM a CheckIn functionality exists. This represents a statement of the technician, that he will act according to all security rules. The entered CheckIns are saved in E4C and can be used and evaluated in two reports. Using this table enables defining if the GPS coordinates will be saved or not.

/PACG/ECM_SAS – Serv. Assignment Status Customizing

In FSM statuses for a service assignment can be defined. EG: accepted, travelling, arrived etc. Using this table enables defining if the GPS coordinates will be saved or not.

/PACG/ECM_SASA – Relation Assignment Status – Service Order User Status

This enables assigning each FSM service assignment status to a service order header or operation user status.
Type – Order type
Typ – Notification type
StatProf – Status profile. The program will check /pacg/ecm_ctdus entries for default status profile.
