Checklists shall be indicated being mandatory for service execution. Create Checklist Assignment on service assignment activities remind / force the technician to fill out checklists before checking out. This a Condition Based Customizing to determine relevant Checklist Templates for generating checklist assignments.
Define a Condition set with ID & Description.


Service Order hdr - Add conditions based on AUFK fields.


Tasks list – Add conditions based on tasks lists which must be assigned to service order

Partner roles – Add conditions based on partner roles that must be present in the service order and additionally build conditions based on partners' numbers

Service order status – Add conditions based on statuses which must be assigned to service order

Condition assignment – here previously defined condition set can be assigned to a checklist template which is presented in service assignment as a checklist assignment if all conditions are met.

  1. Template ID and Templ Vers - the checklist's selection

  2. Condition – condition defined in previous step

  3. Mandatory – if this checkbox is set the checklist in the mobile app must be filled by user

  4. partner role – if this field is filled the checklist is assigned only to the activities linked to operations having person number same as partner number defined for selected partner role in service order

  5. 1st service– if this filed is filled checklist is assigned to only one activity and this activity must be linked to the first operation that hasn't selected status assigned

  6. MPointOn - When this checkbox is ticked the checklist is assigned only, if there is an active measuring point defined for the equipment assigned to the header of a service order

  7. Assign. Act – the Assignment is active
